Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you would like to know the exchange rate at time of purchase, we suggest an on-line currency convertor to be the best option.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

1. Your order will be confirmed automatically by e-mail after the order has been placed. This is an automated e-mail and only a confirmation that the order has been recieved, not that the items are in stock.

2. If the items you have ordered are not in stock, you will be e-mailed within 3 working days.

3. Items ordered are normally dispatched within 5 working days of reciept of order, by the shipping method of your choice. ( Please see shipping options during checkout which includes transit times and insurance details. )

4. If you require an item by a certain date please e-mail us seperatly so we can advise you if your request is not possible. We can not be held responsible for items not arriving by a certain date if we have not been informed seperatly by e-mail or in writing, or if the incorrect shipping option has been selected during the checkout process.

5. All claims for lost or damaged items are dealt with under the Royal Mail terms and conditions.

6. Please note we can not be held responsible for any local customs duties applied.
